Crypto withdrawals are processed as quickly as possible.
Your first withdrawal on an account typically takes a few hours, due to gameplay and provider checks.
After your first withdrawal, most withdrawals process within an hour.
Bank transfer withdrawals
Bank transfers take 1 to 2 business days to process.
If your request falls on or near a weekend, allow extra time, as delays are more likely then.
Bank transfers are sent through the banking network rather than as a crypto transfer. Once the funds have left us, we don't have visibility into exactly where they sit, that part is with your receiving bank.
Why withdrawals can be delayed
First-time checks: every account's first withdrawal goes through gameplay and provider checks.
Active bonus wagering: if you have an active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement, withdrawals in that currency stay locked until the requirement is met or the bonus is forfeited, see Forfeiting the Bonus
Crypto withdrawals: after we send it, the transaction also needs to confirm on the blockchain, which can take a few extra minutes depending on the network.
Bank transfers: business days and weekend cut-offs, plus the receiving bank's own processing once the funds are with them.
What to do if it's taking longer
Crypto if your withdrawal hasn't completed within 24 hours of you requesting it, contact us and we'll look into it right away.
Bank Transfer: if it's been more than 2 business days since your withdrawal was approved, contact us and we'll look into it right away.
