You may forfeit the bonus before gameplay starts.
If forfeited before any wager is placed:
Bonus funds are removed
Wagering requirements are cancelled
Your original deposit remains withdrawable
Once gameplay has started and a balance remains, the bonus can no longer be forfeited.
If the balance falls to $0.05 or below during rollover, the rollover will automatically reset.
How to forfeit your bonus
You can forfeit an active bonus yourself, no need to contact support. It's available from any of these three places:
Wallet → Withdrawal tab
Wallet → Tips tab
User menu (top navbar) → Transaction History → Bonuses tab
Open any of these and select Forfeit Bonus next to your active bonus.
