Not all wagers contribute equally toward your XP. At the core, XP is calculated using normalized house edge mode in Cooked’s internal normalized currency:
XP = Wager Amount x (Game House Edge / 3.5%)
To keep progression balanced and consistent across all game types, Cooked applies both a minimum and maximum XP earn rate:
Minimum XP Earned: 0.7 XP per $1
Maximum XP Earned: 1.5 XP per $1
This means lower-edge games still earn meaningful XP, while larger house edge games can earn XP at increased rates. Helping keep the rewards system fair, balanced, and consistent across all game types.
